Returns & Exchanges

We of course want you to love and be happy with your Lust Minerals purchase, but if for any reason you are wanting to return or exchange a product, here’s what you need to know about our return policy:

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns on full-size items (excluding samples/accessories) for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds - only returns for store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition.
  • Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets these conditions, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned product(s), minus any shipping fees. Lust Minerals do not cover any return shipping fees in any situation. 

Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, not a discount code. If the e-gift card is misplaced, please know we can not replace these. 

If the product has been used, we may offer a store credit based on the amount used, up to a maximum of 50% of the original price, minus shipping fees. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note, we are not responsible for replacing used products, but we will assess the situation and determine what can be done. We encourage you to reach out to support@lustminerals.com.au

Allergy or Reaction Returns

Whilst we believe it’s unlikely that our products would cause a reaction given they are natural and as we believe, safe for all skin types, in the event that you do experience a reaction to any of our products, please stop using it immediately and email our support team at support@lustminerals.com.au. Our Skin Specialist Team will be in touch to assist you.

  • For allergy returns, the product must be no more than 20% used upon return, and you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a store credit, minus shipping fees. Lust Minerals does not cover shipping fees for returned products in any situation. 

For your safety, we strongly recommend patch testing any new products by applying them to the skin in front of the ear before full use.

To avoid returns, we strongly encourage you to add on samples to your full-size order to ensure you are happy with the product and shade. 

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but we understand that accidents can happen in transit with couriers. 

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item(s) / all items received 

Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement if required. Items must be returned in their original condition for us to process any exchanges or credits. We cannot offer a refund for used items.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Returns and exchanges will be provided in the form of an e-gift card only.

In the unlikely event that we accept a refund, there will be a 15% administrative fee + transaction fees that we have incurred that you will be required to pay. Please note your refund will not include shipping fees. Lust Minerals do not cover any return shipping fees in any case.

Subscriptions

It is your responsibility to review the subscription timeframe at the time of purchase, as this is when it is selected. Since you are receiving a 12% discount, please note that a minimum of two orders must be placed before you are eligible to cancel or pause your subscription. You can adjust the subscription frequency at any time.

Subscription products can only be exchanged if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, with packaging, etc.). If eligible, you will receive an e-gift card for the amount paid in the subscription, minus shipping charges.

You are responsible for managing and updating your subscription. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
